As evidenced by the official trade registry records, there is no relationship whatsoever between our company and Portex Grup İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (In Liquidation Due to Bankruptcy), registered with the Ankara Trade Registry Directorate under registry number 483017, which voluntarily withdrew its concordat application and entered into the legal liquidation process.

News and content titled "Last call to creditors from the court" and similar headlines—published seemingly without adequate research and based solely on partial similarity in corporate names—fail to include any distinguishing features to clarify the distinction between the entities beyond the phrase "Portex İnşaat". Such publications do not reflect the truth; they are misleading, damaging to commercial reputation, potentially deceptive to individuals and organizations, and legally outdated. Legal action will be initiated against all individuals and entities that fail to remove these misleading contents, thereby causing hesitation and damage to our corporate standing.
